Jay Chemicals is R&D oriented company and has well-equipped Laboratory and experienced chemists for the in-house process development from a few ml to 50 Lt scale.
Jay Chemicals also has pilot plant facility where the process developed on a lab scale is studied further and valuable plant design data is generated.

Based on design data, necessary equipments are designed in-house and fabricated by experts in the field.

Manufacturing facility of Jay Chemicals is modern, flexible and is backed up by competent and well-experienced production and maintenance team.

Jay Chemicals also has well designed treatment facilities to control water and air pollution and is a member of Common Solid Waste Depository (CSWD) operated by Vapi Waste and Effluent Management Co. Ltd. (VWEMCL).

Jay Chemicals exports majority of its production to Multinationals in Europe, USA and South-east Asia.
