Jay Chemicals was established in 1988 by a group of technocrats from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai, to manufacture quality Fine Organic Intermediate Chemicals & Speciality Chemicals. Curretnly, Jay Chemicals caters requirements of Agro, Diagnostic, Electronic, Pharmaceuticals, Photography, Plastic and Colour Industries in local and International market.

Jay Chemicals is R&D oriented company and has well-equipped Laboratory and experienced chemists for the in-house process development from a few ml to 50 Lt scale, Qualified staff of over 100.

Jay Chemicals also has pilot plant facility where the process developed on a lab scale is studied further and valuable plant design data is generated.

Based on design data, necessary equipments are designed in-house and fabricated by experts in the field.

Manufacturing facility of Jay Chemicals is modern, flexible and is backed up by competent and well-experienced production and maintenance team.

Jay Chemicals also has well designed treatment facilities to control water and air pollution and is a member of Common Solid Waste Depository (CSWD) operated by Vapi Waste and Effluent Management Co. Ltd. (VWEMCL).

Jay Chemicals exports majority of its production to Multinationals in Europe, USA ,  and South-east Asia.

Quality of products and services offered by Jay Chemicals is comparable to the best available globally and has yearly contracts with few Multinationals companies for its products-including custom synthesized products.

Jay Chemicals has successfully completed development of products given by Multinational companies and the their commercial supply is made regularly.
